The 23 years old Pennsylvania resident, switched to yoga after shedding more than 70 lbs of weight from a 300 lbs frame. But, she was still unhappy and felt totally lost.
She thought that shedding weight would give her happiness, but it actually did not happen.
The yoga teacher says that ultimately it was her dedication for yoga which helped her change her view of her body and also her self-worth.

The upcoming social media celebrity has 79,000 plus followers on Instagram thanks to her body positive poses.
In an interview Dana said that after she shed all the pounds, she was still the same. She was extremely sad, felt unworthy, confused and lost. She switched to yoga because she thought it was new and should be tried when she just felt like totally giving up.

The ex-binge eater is a Yoga instructor now who has proved that you don’t actually have to look like an anorexic model to be fit, healthy and amazing.
Falsetti has written on her page that she reached yoga after years of losing and gaining weight, losing confidence, facing anxiety and depression.

Her initial classes were no less than a Hercules task for her. But, with time and practice she learnt that yoga is for everyone and anyone can practice it.
According to her, “Yoga is a spiritual practice which helps an individual to be, feel and see himself. It is the practice of non-attachment. Our physical body is not the only deciding factor for whether yoga is meant for us or not.”
And she totally proves it in her wonderful pictures and videos on Instagram which she basically shares for keeping a track of her progress.

As she shares her pictures on social media, Dana has even dealt with a lot of criticism, and negative comments from people who try to make her feel let down because of her body weight. But, the majority of comments she gets are positive and motivating.
